Mr. Kaufman was also involved with Video Job Analysis programs with Return To Work America, LLC where he was VP of Business Development.  Video Job analysis included  on-site filming showing job duties, strength required and body positions needed, following which videos are edited to compress the viewing time to 2-3 minutes and placed on-line on a secure server accessed through a client owned password. The videos can be shown to Doctors, Judges, Attorneys or whoever needs to view them
